How to Make a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Varygas Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• Your experience when calling or contacting Varygas Restoration
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Varygas Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@varygas.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
