What Varygas Restoration Does

Varygas Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do restoration, cleanup, drying or repair work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@varygas.garden.

Ownership of Content

The words and design of this site belong to Varygas Restoration or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Varygas Restoration is not liable for any loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
